The hotel provided warm and clean rooms on the 6th floor with a crazy view, although lacking some basic amenities like telephones for room service and no coffee machine. The service was incredibly nice and accommodating to our requests, especially the friendly bar staff. The location was good, being close to the Bismarktplatz metro station but not very central. The dining options were very good, offering tasty dishes, including lactose and gluten-free options. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
